Nationalities from 102 countries can enter visa-free, and all others can apply for an e-visa using the Hayya platform online

1. Required Documents:
   • A valid passport with at least six months of validity from the date of entry.

   • A completed visa application form Download Application Form
   • A recent passport-sized photograph. Download Hayya Passport Photo Guidelines in English / Download Hayya Passport Photo Guidelines in Arabic
   • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or invitation letter from a host in Qatar)(not required if you are applying through congress secretariat)
   • Proof of congress registration (confirmation email or registration receipt).
   • Additional documents may be required based on your nationality and visa type.
2. Application Submission:
   • Contact aaucongress@wearemci.com to submit all document and for further application process.
3. Processing Time:
   • The application will be processed 1 month prior to the conference date
   • Visa processing times may vary.
